Our Policies

Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service and/or when an invoice for service is received. 

Late Payment Policy

A $30.00 late payment fee will be assessed if payment, for services received, is not received within 30 days of the scheduled cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel a cleaning, please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance. We regret that cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50.00. (This fee will also apply if we arrive to a job and are not able to complete it due to reasons beyond our control.)

Pet Policy

Pets, that are considered ‘not people friendly’, should be kenneled day of service. If a pet is not kenneled and it is distracting us from our work, we reserve the right to ask it to be kenneled. 

Damage Policy

In the event that personal property is damaged during a scheduled service, please report the damage to our office as soon as possible so we can investigate and implement a solution.

Safety Policy

Our employee’s safety is important. Because of this our employees are not required to climb ladders. We also do not expect them to clean bodily fluids, pet accidents, etc., due to the additional training and safety requirements.

Satisfaction Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with every clean. If for some reason you are unhappy with the service you received, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can send someone out to review and rectify the problem.

Termination Policy

If you should need to terminate your cleaning service, please provide a 2 week notice by calling our office.

Supplies & Equipment

We provide all the supplies and equipment needed to do the job. If you have something special you would like us to use, please notify our office so we may train our staff properly.

Additional Services

If you would like to add services to your regular scheduled cleaning, please contact our office. Additional fees will apply depending on the service needed. Contact the office to reserve additional time with your next cleaning.

Office Hours

Our standard office hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m.- 5 p.m. If you contact our office before or after these scheduled hours, please leave a message and we will return your call on the next business day.
