These terms apply when you request and receive cleaning services from Majestic Cleaners LLC. By requesting service, you agree to them.

Requests and Scheduling

Submitting a service request through our website, by phone, or by email is a request — not a confirmed appointment. Your service is confirmed once we contact you to agree on a date, time, and scope of work. Availability is confirmed after we respond to your request.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we appreciate at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer that time to another customer. Please contact us as soon as you know your plans have changed.

Property Access

Our team needs safe and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned. Please arrange for entry — by being present, providing a key or entry code, or another arrangement we have agreed on in advance. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we may not be able to complete the service.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept check, credit card, and autopay upon service completion. If you would like to discuss different payment terms, contact us — arrangements are handled case by case.

Scope of Work

Your service covers the work we agree on in advance. If you would like additional cleaning beyond that scope, let us know — we may be able to do it, and any additional charges will be discussed and agreed with you before the work is done.

Your Responsibilities

To help us work safely and effectively, please:

• Secure pets for the duration of the visit, or let us know how you would like them handled
• Tell us about anything fragile, delicate, or already damaged in the areas being cleaned
• Let us know about any conditions in the space that could affect how the work is done

If Something Isn't Right

If something isn't right with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service so we can address it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to services requested after it is published.
